Pottstown’s Purveyors of Wow Move to Larger Headquarters

Mobile “video wall” and modular LED screen supplier Upstage Video acquires Shoemaker Road facility

Upstage Video has expanded and relocated its Pottstown headquarters to 212 Shoemaker Road. The company has earned a reputation for being “purveyors of wow” as mobile or modular large screen displays have become one of the most popular and effective ways for event organizers to thrill audiences. You may have seen these huge LED video screens or “video walls” at rock concerts, political rallies, bike races, and golf tournaments. The Pottstown based company has been supplying festivals, sporting events, touring and show clients nationwide with the latest gear, multi camera production packages, and creative solutions since 2005.

As of last month, the business started operating out of the new facility it acquired here. The 27,360 square foot building provides both office and warehouse space for the rapidly growing company which also has offices in Colorado and California. The building’s proximity to Routes 100 and 422 was an important factor in selecting the site. Company founder and CEO Doug Murray explained, “We serve clients nationwide and have mobile LED trucks with 53’ trailers, so easy highway access is critical.” Murray added, “We are very excited to be here.” Nick Adams of Jackson Cross Partners, LLC arranged the sale.
